We had a lovely 3 hours with a baby and a 3 year old.
I think Legoland discover centre would benefit from lockers or a cloakroom as there were a lot of chairs taken up with coats and bags as it was a rainy day. Loads and loads of Lego for free play + great soft plays, my only complaint was the sheer amount of stuff everywhere and a pram park that would only take maybe 10 prams. Really enjoyed the shooting game!
Car park next door is steep, we were 3h and 4mins making it £12ish rather than under 3 hours at £8ish.

It's good value IF you have the annual Merlin Pass which gets you free entry to their national attractions (definitely worth getting it if you live in London or Birmingham or near some of their big attractions!).
If you're paying upfront ermmm well it's very expensive for what you get. The whole thing is actually quite small and it gets very crowded if you go at peak times.
But it's good fun, just quite pricey
The food options are not good at all however that's one area that needs improving.

It's the first time for us visiting the "Discovery Centre" branch of Legoland (we're used to the bigger parks in Windsor and overseas), the smallish side of set up is expected and still it's packed with various activity areas for younger and slightly older kids. It's nice to get a 'taste' of Legoland if one hasn't been to one, probably with a much shorter queue.
We would like to thanks all the staff (esp the last fews at the shop when it's about to close! And those who diligently tidying up all the bricks) who are very professional, friendly and caring for the children.
Honestly, it's one of the major reasons why we keep returning to Merlin's sites as every visit no matter where we go, the team is great.

It was completely amazing, I loved all the details of it, except the opining hours are less it’s really short period as the closing time is 14:30 not after that, the rides are nice but I didn’t like the 4D Cinema at all, maybe because my niece she is still 4 years old didn’t like it that much, we loved the storytelling and the creative workshop too

It’s set up as a place to build which is great but beyond that there are two rides which are really for little children (up to 6-7) and a 4d cinema. In view of this my issue is with the price. It cost £75 for a family of four and that was with a blue light card discount. It was disappointing after spending that money that you had to pay extra for the virtual reality experience (I think my parter asked and was told it was £7 per person) and the experience was only a few minutes. We opted not to do this (mainly out of principle) as did everyone else as far as I noticed. Spend your money on Lego model instead.
